Common Challenges
Automations don't carry over
Board templates do not copy automations, dependencies, or connected boards. These must be manually recreated or rebuilt with specialized tools.
No native region switch
monday.com offers no "move" button. The migration requires a completely new account in the EU region and a structured data transfer.
Standard/Pro: Partial US processing
For Standard and Pro plans, data may also be processed in the US — secured by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Full EU residency is only available on the Enterprise plan.
