No corporate fluff – real insights into our day-to-day.

    International & remote

Our team works from Germany, Spain and Portugal. Slack, monday.com and quick calls keep us connected – time zones are no barrier.

    First-name basis

Flat hierarchies aren't just a buzzword for us. From day one, you're part of the decisions, not just executing them.

    Ownership

We give you trust instead of micromanagement. You organize your own work – we measure results, not screen time.

    Honest feedback

Open communication is our default. We celebrate wins loudly and address issues directly – no detours.

    Senior-Only Principle

    Why We Don't Hire Juniors

As a remote-only company, we can't support the onboarding of career starters the way they deserve. We believe that before making the remote leap, you need an office setup where you can find your footing, learn from experienced colleagues, and build routines. That's why we require a minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience.
