But: Most teams we advise need more than just CRM. They don't want to switch to another tool after closing a deal. They want sales, operations, and service living in one platform. And they want GDPR compliance without compromises.

We actually see hybrid setups in some teams: Attio as an intelligent contact database and prospecting tool, monday CRM for pipeline management and deal handoff. Via Make or both systems' APIs, contacts and deals can be synchronized. Not trivial – but for some teams, the best solution.
