Revenue Royale Gala 2026 – Recap: 11/10 for the Organizers, Three Events in One Night
TL;DR: „Champagne reception in Berlin sunshine, awards ceremony after the second course, networking at the bar, dancing in the tipi – and for the night owls, it went on through Schöneberg until dawn. 11/10 for Julius, Dominic and the Revenue Royale Team."
— Till Freitag11/10 for the Organizers
Short, honest preface before anything else: Props to Julius, Dominic and the entire Revenue Royale Team. What the crew delivered in Berlin last Thursday evening was flawless organization – lovingly designed, precisely timed, without ever feeling programmed. 11/10.
The best part: it wasn't actually one event, but three events in one – and each one worked on its own.
Event #1 – Champagne Reception in the Berlin Sunshine
Act one: Reception outside, glass of champagne in hand, Berlin playing surprisingly reliably along and delivering sunshine. Many familiar faces from the Revenue Royale bubble – people you'd seen that morning at the Social Hub Workshop, now in suits and with noticeably more relaxed posture.
Pure warm-up networking, no agenda. Perfectly dosed.
Event #2 – Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony
Then inside for dinner. Smart move by the team: The awards ceremony ended after the second course. Stage done, curtain down, evening open – and with it the pressure to "sit nicely until the last category is announced."
Those who wanted to kept eating in peace. Those who felt like talking got up. This format gives guests control back, instead of holding them in their chairs for three hours.
Event #3 – Bar, Tipi, Schöneberg
The third trick: Dessert was served in the foyer area. Meaning – after the main course, guests weren't herded into another room, but naturally guided back toward the bar. No "and now everyone over there" – simply: push back the chair, two steps, drink in hand.
Then the evening ran in three speeds simultaneously:
- Networking at the bar – the continuation of the reception, just with two courses and an awards block under the belt.
- Dancing in the tipi – actually danced, not just politely swayed.
- Schöneberg until dawn – the well-rested and the night owls subsequently took over the neighborhood.
What We Take Away for Our Own Events
Four things you can steal directly from this setup:
- Close the awards ceremony early. After the second course is a good cut – after that, stage time kills networking.
- Use dessert as a bridge to the bar. When guests flow naturally from dinner to drinks, no one disappears between rooms.
- Multiple aggregate states in parallel. Bar, dance floor, quiet corner – everyone finds their mode without anyone being "wrong."
- A tipi beats any disco. Seriously.
