Vibeland Kickoff Munich – terminal-style invite for May 20, 2026 with Lovable, p0, Claude and monday.com

Vibeland Kickoff Munich: Why We're Putting Our Own Builder Event on a Rooftop

    12. Mai 20263 min read
    Till Freitag

TL;DR:Vibeland is our new event format: 8 hours on a rooftop instead of a conference hall – 5h hands-on building, 1h knowledge sharing, 2h networking."

    Till Freitag

    No conference hall. A rooftop.

On May 20, 2026 we're launching our new event format in Munich: Vibeland Kickoff – live vibing with Lovable, p0 by bepurple, Claude and monday.com. Instead of a stage and slides, you get a rooftop terrace at WERK3 in Werksviertel, laptops, good drinks and a full day where ideas turn into real, deployed apps.

No keynote, no "we should do something with AI." If you show up, you build.

    How the day breaks down

We deliberately split the day – because building without breaks isn't building, it's pain:

    • 5 hours hands-on – in small groups, from idea to live deployed app
    • 1 hour knowledge sharing – the tricks nobody else shows: prompts, architecture calls, pitfalls
    • 2 hours networking – with people who already shipped something that same day

That ratio is what makes real builder days work: lots of building, some learning, then real conversations instead of business-card bingo.

    The stack we're building with

We're playing all the cards at once – not "which tool is best?" but "which tool for which layer?":

    • Lovable for frontend, auth, DB and edge deploys in a single stack
    • p0 by bepurple for autonomous AI agents in product workflows (the interesting counterpart to our human-in-the-loop approach – see our comparison)
    • Claude as your pair programmer and context engine
    • monday.com as your process backbone and for internal tools (incl. monday Vibe)

All four on the same table, in the same day, with real use cases. You won't get that combination anywhere else.

    Inspiration: TokenMade.ai

The blueprint comes out of Hamburg. TokenMade showed in 2026 what a builder event looks like when you cut the slides: 100 builders, 27 demos, zero sales pitches on the agenda. We applied as builders ourselves – and concluded: this format belongs in Munich too.

Vibeland isn't a TokenMade clone. We want smaller, more intimate, more hands-on. But the DNA – "build, don't talk" – is the same.

    Inspiration: CX Festival (2023 & 2024)

The second inspiration is closer to home than most people know: the CX Festival at Wake & Camp Ruhlsdorf in Brandenburg. The Till Freitag team produced the entire festival for Leafworks in both 2023 and 2024 – from project management on monday.com to on-site stage logistics.

    What we learned doing it:

    • Location matters. A countryside estate works differently than a hotel ballroom. A rooftop works differently than a co-working space.
    • Programming beats program. People who only consume all day leave empty-handed. People who build leave with something tangible.
    • Small circles before big stages. Two real conversations beat ten small-talks.

Those three principles go 1:1 into Vibeland.

Why now – and why Munich

The DACH region has plenty of vibe-coding events. What it doesn't have often enough: events that don't "talk about AI" but actually let something real come into being in the room you're sitting in.

Munich has a growing builder scene – founders, ops people, product folks who figured out they can do this themselves. They just need the right stack, the right tempo and people they can have a beer with after the app goes live.

That's exactly what Vibeland is for.

    Who it's for

    • Founders & operators who want an internal tool or MVP in their hands by the end of the day
    • Ops & product people who don't want to delegate vibe coding – they want to touch it
    • Agency and consulting builders who want to ship with Lovable, p0, Claude and monday.com in one setting
    • Anyone who's had enough of "AI panels" and wants to talk to people who shipped something today

No coding experience required. Just bring a laptop.

    Signup

Vibeland Kickoff happens on May 20, 2026, starting 10:00, at the WERK3 rooftop terrace, Atelierstraße 10, Werksviertel Munich. Seats are deliberately limited.

    See you on the rooftop.
