Our Recommendation

Choose monday.com if you want the most comprehensive AI platform with generous free features, credit-based pricing, and the ability to connect external AI tools via MCP. Especially strong for CRM teams with Sales and Lead Agents.

Choose ClickUp if you want powerful autonomous Super Agents across multiple roles and prefer a flat per-user subscription over usage-based pricing. The Everything AI plan is expensive but comprehensive.

Choose Asana if your priority is building custom AI-powered workflows and AI Teammates within a structured project management environment. AI Studio is strong for operations teams that need complex routing and triage logic – and AI Studio Basic is free in all paid plans.
